Combat
Three styles — melee (attack/strength/defence), ranged (marksman, needs a bow/crossbow + ammo), and magic (needs a staff + ember essence and known spells). Many monsters have a weakness to a style or element; exploit it for extra damage. Health is its own skill and starts at level 10.
Death
On death you keep your 3 most valuable items; the rest drop into a grave loot bag at the spot you died. Grab it fast — after a protection timer it opens and the loot scatters for anyone to take. You respawn in Bramblefen.
Gathering & crafting
Mine rocks, chop trees, fish, and farm (till a patch, plant a chosen seed, come back when it's grown). Smith bars into tools, weapons, armour and ammo tips at an anvil; assemble arrows/bolts and craft staves at a workbench (Fletching); cook at fires; brew at cauldrons; enchant at altars.
Farm animals
Shear sheep for wool (a sheared sheep shows a shorn coat until it regrows), collect eggs (and feathers) from chickens, and milk cows — bring an empty bucket to milk.
Economy & membership
Shops buy and sell; a bank stores items; player-owned stores let you trade. Members unlock the wider map, extra skills content and higher tiers.
Events
Towns (except Bramblefen) can suffer raids, and a weekly world boss menaces a town — team up for a share of the loot.
